Emma steps into the role as part of the succession plan for the business following the successful tenure of Founder and CEO Lance Goodman, who will continue to support the business as a strategic advisor. It’s been a genuine pleasure partnering with Lance on this process, alongside Adam Dicembre and Bradley Sam from Next Capital — a true example of thoughtful and collaborative leadership transition.

Emma brings a rare combination of digital, operational and commercial acumen, with a track record spanning MYOB and News Corp Australia. Most recently, she led MYOB’s SME division (its largest business) where she delivered double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth, scaled digital platforms, and reshaped the customer model for over 500,000 users.

At Compare Club, she takes the reins of a high-growth business with a range of exciting digital led strategies in front on the business. With strong foundations, the business is now focused on continuing to build brand trust, deepening customer engagement, and embedding scalable digital capability. Emma is perfectly positioned to lead this evolution – bringing data-led thinking, pragmatic leadership, and a strong instinct for consumer behaviour and digital product innovation. She’s also deeply values-driven, with a reputation for lifting performance and engagement in dynamic, people-first cultures.
