Sonia Sharp appointed Managing Director, Allen + Clarke

We’re pleased to have partnered with Allen & Clarke on the appointment of Sonia Sharp as Managing Director, Australia.

Sonia brings more than 25 years’ experience across professional services, government and complex service systems in Australia and the United Kingdom, with deep consulting expertise in healthcare, education, human services and public sector reform. She has held senior executive and Partner-level roles across the Victorian Government, Big 4 and specialist consulting environments, and is recognised for her market credibility, strategic insight and purpose-led leadership.

Her career combines commercial growth with a strong commitment to social impact and public value. Sonia has built and scaled consulting practices, grown trusted client relationships and led complex transformation agendas that improve outcomes for communities, institutions and service systems. She is known for connecting purpose with sustainable performance in mission-led sectors where policy, people and delivery intersect.

This appointment comes as Allen & Clarke continues to grow its Australian presence and deepen its impact across policy, regulation, social impact and public sector advisory work.
