Nick brings nearly a decade of chief executive leadership at Southern Cross Health Society, where he has led the transformation of the organisation into a high performing, member focused group and helped position Southern Cross as one of New Zealand’s most trusted and recognised health brands.

Prior to Southern Cross, Nick spent more than a decade at Kiwibank, including as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. His career spans senior leadership roles across banking, insurance and governance, giving him deep experience leading large, complex and highly regulated organisations. 

Alongside his executive leadership experience, Nick has built an extensive governance portfolio across financial services, health and member owned organisations. His strategic judgement, governance credentials and deep understanding of customer focused businesses make him a strong addition to the FMG Board.
