Before joining Johnson Partners, Jonathon spent more than seven years as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, leading the Technology, Telecommunications and Security practices. He also managed the New Zealand business across all disciplines while serving as regional sector lead for Telecommunications and Security.

As head of Johnson Partners’ Technology practice, Jonathon is spearheading the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the firm’s operations, elevating service quality, execution speed and results for clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
