Founded in 2005 by Jason Johnson, one of the region’s most successful and influential executive search consultants, we are headquartered in Sydney with offices in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Acquiring Boardroom Partners in 2020 – founded in 1999 and now the leading brand in the provision of advice on the performance, structure and composition of boards – has further strengthened our holistic offering, positioning Johnson Partners at the pinnacle of the Australian executive search industry.

In 2022, we acquired Caldwell New Zealand wholly into the Johnson Partners business and at the same time began our alliance partnership with Caldwell globally.
