Wendy is a Director based in New Zealand, partnering with clients across Australia and New Zealand to deliver senior leadership and board appointments.

She brings over 20 years of executive search experience. She joined Johnson Partners from Caldwell, the firm’s North American alliance partner, and previously held senior consultant roles with Heidrick & Struggles and Highland Partners.

Wendy has led complex search assignments across professional services, private equity and venture-backed organisations. Her experience spans board and executive roles across sectors including energy, technology, healthcare, consumer, financial services and industrials.

She works closely with boards, CEOs and investors, bringing a structured and considered approach to identifying and securing leadership talent. Her strength lies in bringing a global perspective, building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering outcomes that align with both immediate needs and longer-term strategy.

Since joining Johnson Partners, Wendy has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s trans-Tasman CFO network, deepening relationships across the financial leadership community.
