Tiffany leads the firm’s Operations, overseeing Finance, HR and leadership of the Support Team.

She joined Johnson Partners in 2010 and has held a number of roles across the business, bringing a deep understanding of how it runs and what drives consistency.

Tiffany is known for her structured, hands on approach and her ability to bring clarity and discipline to the way Johnson Partners operates.

Before joining the firm, she held roles in the technology sector with Microsoft and EMC.
