With nearly two decades in this market, Sung is sought out for mandates that are rarely straightforward – succession, transformation, first-time public company hires, and situations where the board needs a trusted adviser to get it right. He works closely with chairs and nomination committees not just to execute a search, but to define what the business genuinely needs and deliver it.

Sung holds a Bachelor of Psychology from UNSW, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and is a qualified Ontological Executive Coach, a combination that shapes how he thinks about leaders, organisations and fit.
