Shay supports the delivery of senior executive and board appointments across a range of industries, contributing to candidate research, market intelligence and stakeholder engagement throughout the search process.

Prior to joining Johnson Partners, he supported executive search assignments across the mining, energy, infrastructure and technology sectors, developing a strong ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets.

Shay holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia with a double major in Psychology. He is currently undertaking an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology, with a particular interest in organisational psychology and leadership assessment.
