Ryan Mason is a Partner in Johnson Partners’ Sydney office where he leads the Energy and Mining Practice and is a member of the firm’s Industrial Practice.

Ryan brings over 15 years of international executive search experience across Perth, London, Houston and Sydney. Ryan has acted for global and national companies leading searches that range from Board, CEO, C-suite and broader senior leadership roles. Additionally, he has significant experience partnering with private equity firms to appoint key leadership positions within their portfolio companies.

Ryan joined Johnson Partners following an international alliance being agreed with Caldwell paving the way for Ryan to continue his relationship with the Caldwell team.

Ryan was an elite swimmer early on in his career and remains heavily involved in triathlon and Ironman events.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Bachelor of Marketing & Public Relations from the University of Notre Dame, Australia.
