Rachel brings a wealth of experience with seven years in international executive search, focusing on C-suite and executive appointments across a diverse range of sectors, including listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and government organisations.

Rachel began her career in London with Renovata & Company, a global executive search and private equity advisory firm. After four successful years, Rachel made the move to Australia, joining Korn Ferry and, most recently, Luminary.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours majoring in Business and Management from Bournemouth University.
