Natalie is focussed on developing the local technology practice within New Zealand, having worked with various technology businesses throughout her search career. In addition, Natalie’s expertise spans key industry sectors including consumer/retail, industrial/infrastructure, financial services, and primary industry.

Natalie combines her deep research and milestone-led approach with over 17 years’ experience in human capital consulting, appointing CEO, C-suite executives, and Non-Executive Directors to a range of industries across Asia Pacific.

She has developed and implemented domestic and international search strategies for publicly listed and privately held (including family/iwi/PE/VC) entities, leveraging her extensive experience in both boutique and global search firms which includes over seven years with Heidrick & Struggles and six years with Caldwell International in New Zealand.

With a demonstrated track record in identifying, accessing and attracting top talent across a range of C-Suite functions, Natalie has helped numerous businesses locally and internationally facing disruption and focused on transformation and the improvement of commercial outcomes.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Northumbria and a Master of Business from Auckland University of Technology.
