Natalie is dedicated to advancing the local technology practice in New Zealand, drawing on her extensive experience working with various technology-enabled businesses throughout her career. She also serves as a Partner working within both the Industrial, Infrastructure and Consumer/Retail sectors.

With over 20 years in human capital consulting, Natalie combines a meticulous, milestone-driven research approach with her deep industry knowledge. She has successfully appointed CEOs, C-suite executives, General Managers and Non-Executive Directors across diverse sectors in the Asia Pacific region including several team-builds.

Natalie has crafted and executed both domestic and international search strategies for publicly listed and privately held entities, including family-owned, iwi, private equity, and venture capital-backed firms. Her career includes over seven years with Heidrick & Struggles and six years with Caldwell International in New Zealand, providing her with a broad perspective from both boutique and global search firms. Natalie’s cross-border collaboration has further strengthened her regional insights and expanded her network.

Her proven ability to identify, engage, and attract top talent across various C-suite functions has supported numerous businesses, both locally and internationally, in navigating disruption, focusing on transformation, and enhancing commercial outcomes.
