She has gained valuable experience in the Health, Financial and Professional Services, Consultancy, Infrastructure and Media industries in both New Zealand and Australia.

Maddie played an important role within a leading global Executive Search firm, assisting in the establishment of a premier Leadership Advisory practice that developed strong profile and reputation at Chair, Board, Chief Executive and C-Suite level.

Maddie has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Public Relations from APM College of Business and Communication and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Auckland.
