Angelina is a Principal at Johnson Partners, leading senior leadership and board appointments across Non-Bank Lending, Payments, Asset Finance and Fintech. She partners with boards, CEOs and executive teams to identify leaders for growth, transformation and critical leadership mandates.

With more than 18 years’ executive search experience across Australia, New Zealand and international markets, Angelina is known for her rigorous approach to search, deep sector knowledge and ability to identify exceptional leadership talent in complex and evolving markets.

Before joining Johnson Partners, Angelina held senior executive search roles in Sydney and New Zealand, following the start of her search career with an international search firm in Moscow. Her experience spans senior executive and board appointments across financial services and a broad range of industries.

Angelina holds a Bachelor of Science in Commodity Research and Trade from Plekhanov Economic University.
