Katie joined the firm following the acquisition of Caldwell New Zealand.
Prior to Caldwell New Zealand, Katie’s search experience includes over five years in Associate and Senior Associate roles at AT Kearney and Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney.
At Heidrick & Struggles, Katie led the research function for the Australian Consumer practice, working with clients in the retail, FMCG, industrial, banking, telecommunications and hospitality sectors; supporting the successful completion of searches across sales, marketing, operations, human resources, supply chain, finance and general management functions.
Katie is also the firm’s leader for Predictive Index; the world’s leading talent optimisation platform. Drawing on her background in research, Katie is trained to administer, analyse and interpret Predictive Index Behavioural and Cognitive assessments for search candidates, providing flexible and responsive testing solutions in-house and enabling our clients to make the most informed hiring decisions.
Prior to commencing her research career, Katie worked in various roles in advertising, energy and telecommunications in both Australia and New Zealand.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology and Classical Studies from the University of Otago.
Erin is a Director based in Sydney, where she leads the delivery of executive search mandates and contributes to the strategic growth of the Practices she supports.
Barbara has worked in executive search and leadership consulting for almost twenty years in New Zealand and Australia.
