Dean Hassall is a Director and Head of Delivery at Johnson Partners, partnering with Boards, CEOs and executive leadership teams on critical leadership appointments across Australia and New Zealand.

He specialises in CEO and C-suite searches across technology, retail and consumer, financial services, infrastructure and industrial sectors. His work spans ASX-listed companies, private equity-backed businesses and privately owned organisations. Dean has led searches for a broad range of senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Information Officers and Chief Financial Officers. Clients value his commercial approach, market insight and ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

As Head of Delivery, Dean leads Johnson Partners’ delivery team across Australia and New Zealand, supporting the execution of the firm’s search mandates and mentoring the next generation of consultants.

Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Dean worked with global executive search firm Boyden, supporting Board and executive appointments across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, he served in the Australian Army. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and International Business) from the University of Technology Sydney.
