Westpac Group (ASX: WBC) appoints Nathan Baltoski as Chief Transformation Officer, Corporate Services
We are delighted to have partnered with Westpac Group on the appointment of Nathan Baltoski as Chief Transformation Officer, Corporate Services following an extensive executive search undertaken by Johnson Partners
Previously located in New York as Deutsche Bank’s Global Head of Transformation for Risk, Finance and Treasury Regulatory Reporting; Nathan was responsible for a sizeable team across the US, EMEA, and Asia, driving business simplification and technology modernisation. Prior to this, he was the Global Head of Finance Regulatory Reporting Technology and Chief Information Officer of Americas Finance; and before migrating to the US, Nathan was the APAC Head of CFO Change in Singapore.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Nathan was the Head of Finance Change and APAC Finance Integration Program Director for RBS. He commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant within professional services, before joining Westpac in 2002 within Group Audit.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems, a PRINCE2 certification and is a Chartered Accountant.
