Vulcan appoints Lou Cadman as New Zealand Leader

We are very pleased to have partnered with Vulcan again on the appointment of Lou Cadman as New Zealand Leader.

As Vulcan continues to grow its Australasian footprint, both geographically and from a customer/service offering perspective, it is engaged in a selective “bench-build” of senior trans-Tasman leadership talent within the organisation.

Vulcan continues to transform its current product and service range to better reflect and accommodate future client and business needs. This change program is continuing at pace and presents some exciting career options, having excellent succession prospects, over time.

Lou Cadman is widely regarded as a top performing leader and “achiever” in New Zealand’s Industrial and Business sector. He has extensive CEO and General Management experience, including more than 13 years at the helm of privately or Private-Equity-owned organisations, in both turnaround and growth scenarios.

He has led Manufacturing and Distribution businesses for much of his career, across a range of building and industrial product categories. His experience has also included leading the successful acquisition and integration of several businesses.

ASX and NZX-listed Vulcan was the winner of the Deloitte Top 200 award for Company of the Year in 2022. It operates 69 warehousing, manufacturing, and processing facilities throughout Australia and New Zealand, employing over 1,300 staff, across six business divisions.
