One of Stockland’s key pillars is operational excellence, enabling Stockland to deliver on its strategy by continually improving the way it operates and responds to the challenges presented by disruption. To build the right technology, innovation and customer capabilities, Stockland is focusing on a program of core system upgrades, greater digital capabilities, expanding customer-orientated features, social media and financial tools, as well as a significant investment in innovation to identify, assess and deliver value for its customers and stakeholders. This senior leadership role became available with the resignation of the incumbent and is responsible for leading all activities and initiatives in technology, marketing and innovation.

Able to integrate people, ideas and process improvement in a complex organisation, lead change and transformation, bring people along with them, rapidly iterate and commercialise opportunities, and ideally have senior level experience in leading strategic and corporate marketing
High Level Technology Experience
Able to undertake feasibility analysis and future planning to create a strong and robust digital platform, including an understanding of how to design from the inside out in relation to end-to-end transactions, in a relevant organisation of similar scale to Stockland
