Ryman Healthcare Appoints Stephen Lester as General Manager Sales & Customer Experience

We are delighted to have partnered with Ryman Healthcare Limited on the appointment of Stephen Lester as the General Manager Sales & Customer Experience

Stephen will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric strategy that focuses on creating exceptional experiences throughout the customer journey to deliver outstanding sales performance.

Most recently, Stephen served as the General Manager of Sales & Market Development for Ngāi Tahu Tourism (NTT), where he leveraged customer insights to structure and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams, implementing strategies that fueled revenue growth.

Prior to NTT, Stephen was the General Manager at DLF Seeds, a start-up subsidiary of the Danish global seed business DLF Trifolium. In this role, he successfully applied his expertise in sales strategy and team development to drive the company’s growth.

Stephen’s diverse background also includes 12 years in the United Kingdom, where he held various management consultancy, strategy, and transformation roles, including the position of General Manager Online Sales with the telecommunications company O2. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of customer needs across multiple sectors.

With his proven track record of translating customer insights into actionable strategies and building high-performing teams, Stephen is poised to elevate the customer experience and drive exceptional sales results in his new endeavour.
