Rob brings almost two decades of experience from Synlait, where he held a range of senior finance, commercial, strategy and transformation leadership roles. His executive appointments at Synlait included Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and, most recently, Chief Supply Chain and Technology Officer.

Across these roles, Rob developed broad enterprise leadership capability spanning financial stewardship, commercial decision‑making, operational transformation and large‑scale organisational change.

Alliance Group is a leading New Zealand red meat processor and exporter, supplying premium grass‑fed lamb, beef, venison and co‑products to customers in more than 60 markets globally.
