Scott brings to Ritchies extensive knowledge of and expertise in the New Zealand public transport sector where he held senior finance, commercial and strategy roles for over fifteen years. He has a track record of success throughout his career across professional services, council-owned and privately-owned businesses.

Reporting to Chief Executive Michele Kernahan, Scott’s appointment to this role on the senior leadership team will give added emphasis to the business and cultural change program already underway, as well as providing unique industry and market insights as the organisation continues to identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth.

Over 80 years, Ritchies Transport has grown into one of New Zealand’s largest and most successful transport providers and its progressive achievements over the last twelve months in particular is providing new and sustainable career opportunities for aspiring leaders looking to join an expanding passenger services sector that will play an important part in New Zealand’s economic/business recovery
