Phillip is a senior operational executive with more than 30 years’ experience leading complex, multi-site organisations across healthcare, telecommunications, retail and professional services. Most recently, he served as General Manager, Lumino The Dentists (Abano Healthcare Group), where he led a 1,500-strong workforce across New Zealand, spanning operations, recruitment, marketing, property and support functions.

During his tenure, Phillip led a business turnaround focused on operational discipline, network optimisation and improved commercial performance, including the integration of a 22-practice acquisition. He introduced structured operating cadences, strengthened performance management and enhanced stakeholder engagement with clinicians and practice leaders.

Prior to Lumino, Phillip held senior leadership roles at Spark New Zealand, where he led multi-channel operations across digital, retail and contact centres and delivered improved customer outcomes alongside cost and margin improvements. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Vodafone New Zealand and Vodafone Qatar, including start-up and large-scale operational programmes, and consulting experience with Capgemini.

Phillip brings deep experience in execution-led transformation, multi-site operations and embedding commercial discipline in customer-critical environments.
