The Chief People Officer is responsible for shaping and executing the people and culture strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent while safeguarding a distinctive, values-led culture. The role spans leadership development, organisational design, capability building, employee experience, and communications, working closely with the CEO, executive colleagues, and the Board to support Partners Life’s growth ambitions.

Success demands a modern, insight-driven approach to talent, culture, and transformation; deft stakeholder management across a highly regulated environment; and the ability to embed systems and processes that empower people to do their best work every day.

Helen brings more than 20 years’ experience in human resources, transformation, and communications across insurance, wellness, technology, and FMCG. Most recently Chief People Officer at Les Mills International, she previously held senior roles at IAG and Auckland Council, and global leadership positions with Pfizer, GSK, and 3M in London and Sydney. She is known for building brilliant teams and cultures that deliver commercial impact and customer focus.

Helen holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of East London and is currently studying for a Master of Technological Futures. A keen traveller and self-confessed adrenaline junkie, she and her husband spend their downtime skiing, biking, surfing, and trail running.
