New Partner Appointment – Grace Atkinson

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Grace Atkinson as Partner and leader of the Social Impact, Health & Aged Care Practice.

Grace brings over 10 years’ experience serving clients across this important sector including having appointed many of the region’s leading Chairs, Non-Executive Directors and CEOs across the non-profit, social enterprise, education, health care and aged care industries.

Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Grace was an Associate Partner at Hattonneale for over four years where she delivered Board, CEO and C-Suite appointments across the Health, Human Services and Charitable sectors.  In particular, she has developed an in-depth knowledge and experience of Health, Aged Care, Human Services, Community Services and Humanitarian organisations.

Before joining Hattonneale, Grace co-founded Third Sector People where, as General Manager, she led a team executing search assignments across the Human Services and Charitable sectors.

Grace commenced her career with Sotheby’s in their London and Sydney Offices.

Grace completed a Bachelor of Arts (Art History and Psychology) at the University of Sydney.
