Kate brings over 12 years’ experience as a leading search consultant coupled with 16 years in marketing at Westfield and Volkswagen. As a result, Kate brings an acute understanding of the consumer landscape, market dynamics, and the importance of identifying top talent to drive business success.

Prior to joining Johnson Partners, Kate was a Partner at Hourigan International for 12 years, where she supported clients across various industries including Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Tourism, Not-For-Profit, Creative and Media Agencies as well as Management Consultancies. Kate has also gained tremendous knowledge in Data, Digital and Technology.
