Peter brings over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment business leadership roles. Over this time, he has developed an impressive track record of C-level, business leadership and Non-Executive Board appointments within New Zealand’s Property, Construction, Diversified Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics, Financial Services, and Food Manufacturing organisations.

Before joining Johnson Partners, Peter was a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry for five years, where he led the New Zealand Executive Search practice and was responsible for searches across the Industrial, Consumer, Technology and Financial Services practices.

Peter will work closely with Simon Monks, Nicola Mirza, Natalie Stones and the broader NZ team along with other partners in Australia.
