We are very excited to announce the future appointment of Peter Macauley to play a lead role with key members of the New Zealand team – to commence on 4 September 2023.

Peter brings over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment business leadership roles. Over this time, he has developed an impressive track record of C-level, business leadership and Non-Executive Board appointments within New Zealand’s Property, Construction, Diversified Manufacturing, Technology, Logistics, Financial Services, and Food Manufacturing organisations.

Before joining Johnson Partners, Peter was a Senior Partner with Korn Ferry for five years, where he led the New Zealand Executive Search practice and was responsible for searches across the Industrial, Consumer, Technology and Financial Services practices.

Peter will work closely with Simon Monks and Natalie Stones in New Zealand, along with Mark Sloan and other key partners in Australia.

From an Australasian perspective, whilst reaching out to relevant partners with global boutique, Caldwell, to build global capability in the Asia Pacific Region.
