Morgan will lead the Mico business end-to-end and drive innovation to ensure the customer is at the centre of Mico’s strategy. He will be responsible for leading growth and ensuring high standards of service so that Mico remains the distributor of choice for their customers in a highly competitive industry.

Morgan’s career spans blue-chip organisations such as SkyCity, Lion and Foodstuffs. His background includes senior roles across retail, merchandise, and category and general management. His most recent role is Head of New World for Foodstuffs North Island where he is accountable for the market performance, financial metrics, customer-facing initiatives and the strategic direction of the New World brand across more than 100 owner-operated stores.

Mico, part of Fletcher Building’s Distribution business, has 70 years of experience in providing leading plumbing and bathroom products throughout New Zealand. With over 60 company-owned stores nationwide, its teams provide customers with everything they need for Plumbing, Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry, Heating, Ventilation, and Water solutions.
