Jonathan is a globally experienced executive with senior leadership roles across some of the world’s most recognised consumer brands, including The Walt Disney Company and Yahoo. Most recently, as Chief Customer & Sales Officer at The Warehouse Group, he brought together expertise in brand, digital, customer experience, transformation, and retail operations.

He joins Michael Hill at a pivotal moment in its journey. Jonathan’s global perspective, commercial acumen, and customer-first leadership style are closely aligned with the company’s strategic priorities as it enters its next phase of growth and transformation.
