Most recently, Jeremy served as Chief Infrastructure & Investment Officer at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, where he led a newly consolidated national infrastructure function overseeing one of New Zealand’s largest an asset portfolios. His tenure included publishing a ten-year health infrastructure plan and implementing a national asset management strategy. Prior to this, Jeremy held senior leadership roles at Crown Infrastructure Partners, where he managed government stimulus portfolios, and at Air New Zealand, where he oversaw regional and offshore airport operations across multiple countries. His career began as a Royal Engineer Officer in the British Army, giving him a strong foundation in engineering and operational leadership.

Jeremy’s appointment reflects Lyttelton Port’s commitment to strengthening its infrastructure capability as it undertakes significant development and automation projects. His blend of commercial acumen, governance experience, and hands-on leadership will be instrumental in driving the port’s strategic objectives forward.
