Johnson Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Da Silva as Group Chief Technology and Transformation Officer at nib.

Linda joins nib with more than 25 years of experience across technology leadership, data and digital transformation, enterprise architecture and technology delivery. Prior to joining nib, she was Chief Information Officer at ING Australia, where she led the organisation’s technology and data functions and played a key role in advancing digital capabilities, technology resilience and customer-focused innovation. She has also held senior technology leadership roles at Westpac Group and Qantas.

As Group Chief Technology and Transformation Officer, Linda is responsible for driving nib’s technology strategy and transformation agenda. In this role, she oversees the delivery of technology capabilities that support the organisation’s growth, innovation and strategic priorities, helping create better experiences for customers, partners and employees.

Linda’s appointment reflects the growing importance of technology, data and digital capability in shaping customer experience, operational performance and long term business growth. Her broad experience leading complex technology environments and delivering large scale change programs positions her well to support nib’s next phase of growth.
