Chair David McLean has continued to strengthen Board capability through the appointment of new Directors having strong strategic and operational experience that can add real and immediate value as the transformation and growth programme gathers momentum.

Liz’ executive career includes extensive operational, contracting and commercial experience and spans a diverse range of industries including large scale infrastructure, fisheries, transport and telecommunications.

In her most recent executive role with Transport for NSW, Liz led commercial management, service delivery, performance and service improvement outcomes for Bus, Ferry and Light Rail Contracts in Greater Sydney.

Prior to this, Liz held CEO roles in New Zealand for Gough Group, CentrePort and Deep Cove Fisheries. She has also held senior transformation and operations roles for Australian organisations such as Sydney Trains and Telstra.
