Catherine is currently Chair of Mint Innovation, Connexa Limited and Guardians of NZ Superannuation. She is also a Board member for Genesis Energy Limited, Christchurch International Airport Limited, Samco Holdings Limited, Frodoco Holdings Limited, and holds various Director and Trustee roles with Southern Cross Healthcare Limited.

She also has extensive experience gained from former governance roles, including the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority. Prior to her Board roles, Catherine had a global assurance and advisory career.
