Hsueh Ling Ng appointed Independent Non Executive Director, Stride Property Group
Johnson Partners is pleased to continue its partnership with the board of NZX-listed diversified commercial property investor and fund manager, Stride Property Group (David Green, Ross Buckley and Tim Storey) with the appointment of Hsueh Ling Ng as an independent non-executive Director of the Boards of Stride Investment Management Limited and Stride Property Limited (effective 2 June 2026).
Hsueh Ling Ng brings more than 30 years’ experience as a senior executive and director across real estate investment, funds management and capital strategies in the Asia Pacific region. Her experience spans listed and private real estate structures, with a focus on funds management, capital raising, asset management and cross-border investment across multiple APAC markets.
Hsueh Ling’s most recent role was Head of Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) at Savills Investment Management where she held regional responsibility for investment management and capital activity. Prior to this, she held multiple senior leadership roles at Lendlease Corporation, including Managing Director and Country Head, Singapore, and Chairman of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT Management. Earlier, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Keppel REIT Management, following executive roles at Ascendas and CapitaLand where she led real estate fund management, investment and platform development activities across Asia.
