Context
The craveable brands. business was acquired by PAG Asia Capital in July 2019. The CEO decided to exit the business and given our deep knowledge of Asia and relationships in the region and in the sector, Johnson were tasked with conducting a global search for his replacement. Key was sourcing a candidate with empathy for the Australian market with the requisite seniority to step into the role with a high level of energy and level of fresh thinking to a portfolio including three major brands at divergent stages of maturity.
