Will is an experienced, strategic executive with a breadth of experience in Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Strategy and Portfolio and Investment roles across the aged care/retirement living, building materials & solutions, residential and land development and financial services sectors.

Will joins Fletcher Building from ASX and NZX listed Summerset Group Holdings Limited, where he has held the role of Chief Financial Officer and GM Corporate Services with responsibility for IT, Strategy, Investor Relations, Sustainability, Legal, Property, and the Project Management Office. Prior to this, Will spent almost seven years at Fletcher Building including as the CFO of the Residential & Development Division, before becoming the GM Group Strategy, and then the CFO of the Building Products Division.

Prior to this, Will held roles in Investment Management and Corporate Finance, working for Bancorp Corporate Finance where he progressed from Analyst to Associate Director level providing capital structure and valuation services to companies across a wide range of sectors and raising a wide range of debt for public and private companies.  He originally joined Fletcher Building as an Investment Manager. Will’s early career was in the New Zealand Army as an Infantry Officer where, over a period of almost ten years,  he undertook various leadership positions.

Will commences his new role at Fletcher Building in November 2024.
