The environment of healthcare in New Zealand at the current time, whilst under significant strain, is going to provide excellent opportunities for the private sector to increase its engagement and support at a time when the public sector is looking to refocus on core capability and expertise.

Evolution Health has a strong position within the New Zealand healthcare landscape and with continued growth aspirations they will further develop their national reach of hospitals, day surgeries, rehabilitation and maternity centres, and other service providers. Employing 1,300 healthcare workers nationally, Evolution are on the front of lines of healthcare delivery.

After a dynamic finance career overseas with multi-national brands such as Heineken, Dyson and BBC, Aarti Narain returned to New Zealand in 2020 to join Tamaki Health. There she was instrumental in driving several acquisitions and solidifying the business strategy while uplifting overall financial performance.

Aarti’s understanding and passion for the healthcare segment along with her leadership and values alignment will be a wonderful addition to the Evolution Healthcare Executive Team as it builds momentum as a leader in this sector.
