Downer appoints Bryony Tainton as Executive General Manager People & Culture – Transport and Infrastructure
We are delighted to have partnered with Downer on the appointment of Bryony Tainton as Executive General Manager People & Culture - Transport and Infrastructure.
As the EGM People and Culture, Bryony will facilitate the development and execution of the people and culture strategy with a strong focus on growth, sustainability, and operational excellence for Downer’s largest business unit, the Transport and Infrastructure division.
Bryony is a highly experienced People and Culture leader with a background in the Australian aviation and retail sectors. She joined Downer from BWS, part of the Endeavour Group, where she led the People and Culture function supporting a workforce of 11,000 staff across 1,457 retail stores in Australia. Bryony previously spent 15 years at Qantas.
