In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team of Custom Fleet and Element Fleet, Elissa will assume a pivotal role in advancing the company’s success. She will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies, leveraging emerging technologies, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable practices.

Elissa brings an extensive track record in senior strategy and operations roles across the financial services sector. Prior to joining Custom Fleet, Elissa worked at AIA where she led the customer operations function for superannuation and investment product portfolios.
