Bronwyn’s appointment as Chief Product Officer signals this ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to clients and customers.
Reporting into Chief Executive Officer, Craig Kennedy, Bronwyn will manage the development of Cuscal’s payments and regulated data products and services. The role is key in driving the Domains’ delivery of high value, profitable products from strategy, development, management, and maintenance throughout their entire lifecycle from conception to launch to end of life.
Bronwyn Yam is an innovative product expert with over 25 years of experience driving transformational change across organisations and their associated teams. She has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, having held strategy, product and P&L responsibilities across lending, payments, and banking portfolios.
Bronwyn’s prior role was Chief Product Officer of Tyro Payments where she was responsible for the entire product portfolio of the payments company. Forming the foundation of her knowledge over a twelve-year tenure with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, she departed the bank as the Managing Director of Commerce and Platforms where she was accountable for the overall profitability of the payments business across all distribution channels.
Before moving to Australia in 2004, Bronwyn had a consulting career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in the United States of America and across Asia working with clients from multiple industries from manufacturing to financial services. She is passionate about challenging the status quo and delivering on innovative processes and solutions.
Bronwyn holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
