Reporting to CEO Raju Vuppalapati, Fred will lead the strategic enhancement of the group’s supply chain, focusing on optimising vendor relationships and embedding sustainability across operations. He will oversee global supply chain functions, drive efficiency and responsiveness, and foster a high-performing team to support the group’s dynamic retail environment. Fred’s leadership will be crucial in aligning supply chain strategies with Country Road Group’s overall business goals.

Fred brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving significant operational changes across global supply chains.

Most recently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy at Gap, Fred has been at the forefront of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that have enhanced vendor inventory management, service levels, and digital production capabilities across multiple brands.

His previous roles at A.S. Watson Group and McKinsey & Company further demonstrate his ability to lead complex transformations and bolster supply chain efficiency and resilience.
