Executive Chairman Robert Coombe commented, “Clive is a highly capable executive with a proven track record that has seen him deliver impressive customer and business outcomes in a variety of settings”.

“I know that Clive will make a significant contribution to CFS and ensure we deliver on our ambitious transformation and growth plans” he added.

Clive has been CEO of Suncorp Bank and a member of the Leadership Team of Suncorp since August 2020. Prior to this, Clive spent 10 years at Commonwealth Bank in various leadership roles across the Retail and Business Bank. Earlier in his career, Clive worked in banking, consulting and public policy in South Africa.

In response to his appointment, Clive recognised the significant progress that has been made in modernising and transforming the business and the exciting opportunity that CFS has ahead of it.
