Conrad will lead Cirtex’s financial strategy, ensuring the company’s continued growth and operational excellence as it expands its footprint across New Zealand and Australia. His expertise in finance, technology enablement, and business transformation will be instrumental in supporting Cirtex’s long-term objectives.

Conrad has held senior leadership roles across finance, operations, and strategy, including at USG Boral and Air New Zealand. Most recently, as CFO of Counties Energy and COO of ECL Group, he led the acquisition and integration of ECL while overseeing financial strategy and operational performance for the Counties Energy Group. His deep experience in growth, diversification, and financial stewardship makes him an excellent fit for Cirtex.
