Context
With the unexpected departure of the incumbent Managing Director, in January 2019, to join a direct competitor, J&J Pacific quickly sought external talent to continue to drive the company in the Australia, NZ and the Pacific Islands. Johnson conducted a comprehensive executive search process, with a short-list containing a Singapore based Category VP for P&G, a Country Manager SEA for RB, a Category General Manager for Woolworths and an EGM from Pact Group.

There is a pipeline of new product, channel and price opportunities available. The Managing Director will lead their team to identify the priorities to invest in. Alongside the incoming Sales Director, the Managing Director will be the ‘face’ of the company to key customers including pharmacy and supermarkets
