Bubs Australia Limited (ASX:BUB) appoints Paul Jensen to the Board
We are delighted to have partnered with Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) on the appointment of Paul Jensen as Independent Non-Executive Director
Paul will join the Board after an extensive search process across the Australia/New Zealand region and will take on the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Paul brings 20+ years of experience in public and private companies in consumer goods, banking, ECM, philanthropy and indigenous affairs. He will add a diversity of thinking to the Board as well as his deep experience as a Non-Executive Director.
Bubs Australia is an innovative Australian company producing goat’s milk baby formula and related foods, now distributed throughout Australia, China, South East Asia, the Middle East and the USA where the ‘clean and green’ Australian product is growing in popularity.
