As Group CFO, Glen will be accountable for the leadership of BSP’s Finance and Planning function. He will also be instrumental in steering BSP’s financial strategy, aligning financial performance with the bank’s overall purpose and vision, and providing critical leadership in day-to-day operations and long-term growth and transformation.

Glen is an accomplished finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in the global banking sector. He spent 17 years at Macquarie Group where he most recently served as Executive Director Global Head of Finance, reporting to Macquarie’s Group CFO. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of finance across a function of more than 1,000 people in 28 global locations.
