Bruce brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the building products, FMCG, apparel, and technology sectors. Most recently, he was Chief Executive of Fletcher Distribution, where he led a team of 3,000 people across 150 sites and grew the business to over $1.8B in annual revenue.

Earlier in his career, Bruce held senior roles including Chief Financial Officer of Fletcher Distribution, Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola Amatil (NZ & Pacific), and Chief Operating Officer of Bendon. He is recognised for leading turnarounds, driving large-scale digital transformation, and creating high-performance, customer-focused cultures.
