Board Practice Leadership Succession
After an impressive career, Jane Bridge has decided to step down from her roles as a Partner and Managing Partner of the firm’s Board Practice. While Jane will remain an adviser to the firm, we wanted to celebrate this important milestone and announce the future leadership of the Board Practice.
Jane joined us three years ago having founded and successfully led Boardroom Partners for 22 years. Since joining Johnson Partners, the firm has established itself as the leading Board Advisory and Board Search firm in the region. Combined, our Board Practice colleagues have appointed over 500 Chairs and Directors and conducted over 250 Board Appraisals across Australia & New Zealand.
Jane has originated and delivered some particularly significant assignments for a diverse range of clients. Beyond the Board Practice, Jane has been a key member of the firm’s Leadership Team and has been a mentor and role model to many within the firm.

We are delighted to announce that Victoria Allen has been promoted to Managing Partner of the firm’s Board Practice. Following 15 years as a Partner at MinterEllison, Victoria has worked closely with Jane and other members of our Board Practice including Jason Johnson, Jonathon Morse, Vanessa Bathe, Lisa Pendleton, Simon Monks, Nicola Mirza and Barbara Taylor.
