Australian Payments Plus appoint Kylie Burtenshaw as Chief Transformation Officer

We are delighted to have partnered with Australian Payments Plus on the appointment of Kylie Burtenshaw as Chief Transformation Officer

AP+ is a member-owned organisation with a diverse range of members including Australia’s domestic banks, international banks operating in Australia, some of the country’s largest merchants, payment service providers and payment processors, together with a range of challenger and disruptor brands focused on specific markets and products.

An experienced leader in large-scale, business-critical transformation program delivery, Kylie has spent the past two decades in Financial Services.

Her appointment signals a further investment in organisational change, with her core focus on delivering an enterprise-wide transformation program supporting the continued integration of Australia’s three domestic payment organisations: BPAY, eftpos Payments Australia and New Payments Platform (Australia) into one integrated entity, AP+.

Most recently, Kylie worked with Publicis Sapient, providing Advisory Services to the Financial Services industry. Prior to this, she worked at IAG as the EGM leading its largest business transformation program for approximately five years. Kylie’s earlier career saw her spend over 17 years at Suncorp in a variety of roles, her last being Head of Major Programs across Insurance where she was accountable for the Trans-Tasman simplification program post the Suncorp-Promina merger.

Thank you to the Account Team: Jonathon Morse, Dean Hassall, Michael Rewitt and Carmelina Portelli.
